Growing up, I always watched my older sister receive A Honor Roll medals while I only earned A-B Honor Roll certificates. I spent a lot of time playing FIFA and soccer, and as a Barcelona fan, medals and trophies hold a special meaning in the sport. So, when I learned that graduating students wouldn't receive anything beyond a diploma, it really hit me I knew I would walk across the stage with nothing to show for it. That's when I decided to create something myself. The trophy didn’t reach the students because it looked better in the design than it did in reality. I’m currently working on a new prototype. As for the medal, it turned out great, and everyone loved it. I had it engraved, although I would have preferred to layer it. Since I’m still working on my MasterCAM skills.
